Common questions

How does the 50% deposit work?
Pick a package and pay at least half to get started. We confirm the full scope with you over chat before any work begins, and the balance is due before delivery — never more than the fixed package price.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Paystack, which supports M-Pesa, cards and bank transfer. You will see the options at checkout.
How long will my website take?
It depends on the package and how quickly we get your content. Small sites typically go live within about a week; larger builds and stores take longer. We agree the timeline with you in chat before starting.
Do I own the website?
Yes — 100%. All code, designs and accounts are handed over to you when the project is complete. No lock-in.
What about hosting and my domain?
We can set your site up on your own hosting and domain, or advise you on affordable options and handle the setup for you. Ongoing maintenance plans are also available.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
No problem — use "Request a custom quote" on the order page, or chat with us on WhatsApp. We'll scope it and give you a tailored fixed price, still with the pay-half-to-start model.
